HOA Financial Information

The East Village HOA has worked hard in recent years to accrue reserve funds needed for future improvements and to respond to emergent needs. The continued support of our neighbors is critical.

Homeowners are responsible for making their monthly assessment payments – currently set at $100 per month. Checks should be made payable to East Village HOA and mailed to:
