East Village is a beautiful townhome community located in Ashland, Oregon. The first section of 2-3 Bedroom townhomes was completed in 2005, with the first residents taking occupancy in March of the same year. Over the next couple of years, East Village grew as the rest of the townhomes, thirty five in all, were completed.
Formerly Bud’s Dairy, East Village was renamed when the homeowners took control of governing the Association in 2010. At that time, our name was changed to East Village Homeowners Association and a governing board was officially elected.

Homeowners are responsible for making their monthly assessment payments – currently set at $120 per month, beginning January 1, 2026. Checks should be made payable to East Village HOA and mailed to:
